Cancellation Policy

1. Room Reservations

Flexible Rates: Guests may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or in the event of a no-show will incur a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation, including applicable taxes

• Non-refundable or promotional rates are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or refunded. For peak periods, public holidays, special events, or group bookings, different cancellation terms and minimum-stay requirements may apply.Any applicable refund will be processed to the original method of payment in accordance with the hotel's refund procedures.

• Meals & Dining Reservations

Restaurant and dining reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation, or failure to arrive without notice, may result in a cancellation/no-show charge.
For private dining, special menus, festive meals, celebrations, or large-party reservations, a deposit or full prepayment may be required. Cancellation and refund conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
Where meals are included as part of a room package, the meal component is subject to the cancellation terms of the applicable package and may not be refundable separately.
