Each hotel sets its own cancellation, tipping and service terms. Open this page from the hotel’s menu or your booking confirmation and theirs will be shown here.
When you order food or book a room, your contract is with the hotel or restaurant itself, not with STADIT Reservations. We provide the software they use to take your order; they supply everything you receive.
That matters when something goes wrong. A complaint about a meal, a room, a refund, an allergy or a price goes to the hotel, because they are the ones who can answer it. Their contact details are on their page and at the top of their menu.
STADIT Reservations is operated by [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME], a company registered in [JURISDICTION] under number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]. VAT registration number [VAT NUMBER]. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
Prices, taxes and any service charge are set by the hotel and shown to you before you commit. The total displayed at checkout is what you pay — STADIT Reservations adds nothing to it, and charges you nothing for using the platform.
Whether a price includes VAT or a service charge, and how tips are shared out, are matters for the hotel. Where they have published a tipping policy it is shown above.
You can pay online when ordering or in person, depending on what the hotel offers. Online payments go directly to the hotel’s own account through a regulated payment provider. STADIT Reservations does not hold your money at any point and takes no cut of it. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us or by the hotel.
Because the money is the hotel’s, any refund is issued by them through that same provider. A failed or reversed payment does not cancel your order — contact the hotel.
Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by the terms of the hotel you booked with, shown at the top of this page where they have published them. STADIT Reservations does not set those terms, cannot vary them, and has no part in a decision about your booking.
If you are unsure where you stand, contact the hotel before you book. Your rights under consumer law are unaffected by anything on this page — in the United Kingdom those include your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if what you receive is not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not supplied with reasonable care .
The hotel is the food business operator. Allergen information, ingredients, preparation and the risk of cross-contamination in the kitchen are all theirs, and they are responsible for what they tell you under the Food Information Regulations 2014, which cover the 14 regulated allergens . Where they have entered allergen information it is displayed against the dish; STADIT Reservations does not verify it and cannot promise it is complete.
Alcohol is sold by the hotel under its own licence, and only to over-18s. Age checks, refusal of service, and the conditions of that licence are matters for the hotel and its staff. Confirming your age at checkout does not replace a check at the point of handover.
Raise it with the hotel first, by phone if you can. They supplied what you bought, and in almost every case they can resolve it faster than we can.
If it concerns the platform itself rather than the hotel — an order that did not transmit, a receipt that never arrived, a technical fault — contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will respond within [X] working days.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights, and you can still take a dispute to the relevant ombudsman or to court.
How we handle your information — including allergy notes, which are treated as health data — is set out in our privacy policy. The hotel handles the same information as its own controller, under its own policy.
If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk .
This page covers your order or booking. The wider agreement governing use of STADIT Reservations — our role as an intermediary, liability, and the law that applies — is in our terms and conditions. Where the two differ on a specific booking, this page and the hotel’s own terms govern.
